  1. So far, I think I am most like either Old Major or Benjamin, because I believe that there are certain reasons why there is suffering in this world, and I think that there are ways to change them. However, I also believe that change doesn't come quickly and sometimes never does, so in that way, I am a little like Benjamin.

  2. Personally, Old Major is my favorite character. I know he was only in chapter one, but he was such an inspiration to all the other characters. He knew he was near death, but he was still determined to change the other animals' lives. In my lifetime, I hope to change the lives of others. I would rather live a short live and change the world than live a long life without doing anything.

  3. Old Major was my favorite character because he inspired all the other animals to fight for freedom against the farm owners. He was also the oldest and wisest animal and was a leader to all the animals.

  4. Even though this might seem contradictory, my favorite character would have to be Mollie. Although in chapter five she runs away, her naive and self-centered character was clearly displayed in Orwell's novel, and I enjoyed reading about the frolicking somewhat stupidity of her nature.

  5. Honestly, I believe that I am most like Boxer, without the naivety. I am the type of person that works to the utmost of my abilities when assigned to the task and I always believe that there is more that I can do to contribute to whatever is going on.

  6. Old Major is my favorite character because he inspired the animals to rebel. He was wise and gave advice to the animals. He truly cared for the animals and wanted them to have better lives.

  7. So far, Old Major has been my favorite character because of his motivation and leadership skills. His ability to see a vision and to actually go out and achieve it when opportunity was presented really struck me deep in the heart. I feel like he is the only really fair one as Napoleon and Snowball are just trying to knock each other out for power.
